Abortion Laws in Oklahoma

An Oklahoma law that prohibits the use of certain abortion-inducing drugs has been ruled unconstitutional by a district court judge. Judge Donald Worthington says the law violates a woman's fundamental rights to privacy and bodily integrity. The law was approved in 2011 and required doctors to follow the strict guidelines authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
